### 1.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account Information*: Email address, name, and authentication data when you sign in with Apple
• Health & Fitness Data*: Workouts, meals, weight, journal entries, and any health information you choose to log
• HealthKit Data*: If you enable HealthKit integration, we access workout data (exercise type, duration, calories burned), activity metrics (steps, active calories, distance), and health metrics (VO2 Max) from Apple Health. This data is only accessed with your explicit permission and is used to display your fitness progress within the app.
• Audio Recordings*: When you use voice logging, your microphone records audio which is transcribed and analyzed by AI to create log entries. Audio is processed temporarily and not stored permanently.
• Photos & Images*: If you use image-based logging features, we process photos temporarily to extract meal or workout information

• Device Information*: Device type, OS version, app version, unique device identifier
